Our financings are typically cross-collateralized by fund Net Asset Value (“NAV”) or management company key assets, not uncalled limited partners interests.

Our clients’ situations tend to be unique and as such, we work in a consultative fashion with managers to create practical financing solutions and terms, tailored to the particular characteristics of the underlying collateral and based upon the partners’ intended use of loan proceeds. Our distinct pools of capital give us the flexibility to provide a broad range of financing solutions, such as variable draw and repayment features, a full spectrum of loan to value attachment points and both cash and PIK interest options. We view our core NAV loan financing product as the basis for a broader strategic relationship with our clients; whereby, we can provide additional value-added financing solutions at each of the management company, fund, and underlying portfolio company levels.
